Shipping policy

Dear valued buyer,

We ship worldwide using a mix of economy postal (ePacket / Registered Airmail) and courier services, depending on your destination and order size. Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order quantity — no guesswork needed on your end.

Shipping Regions

We ship internationally via ePacket / Registered Airmail. Your exact shipping fee is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery country and order quantity.

United States — orders ship via ePacket by default, same as other destinations. For now, we cover any import tariff costs on US orders on your behalf (this may change in future, and we'll update this policy if it does).

Bulk Orders

Our standard rates comfortably cover orders up to 11 items per shipment. If your order is larger than that, please reach out to us before checkout (or we'll contact you after) so we can quote accurate courier shipping for your order — bulk international shipping is priced differently from our standard small-parcel rates.

Express Shipping

Need it urgently? For US orders, we offer FedEx Express at a higher rate for faster delivery. If you're located elsewhere and would prefer express shipping too, just email us and we'll quote you a freight rate for your country.

Tracking

We ship via ePacket rather than Registered Airmail specifically because ePacket offers full tracking, right through to delivery, which Registered Airmail does not.

Cancellations & Refunds

Please note that we are unable to refund shipping fees for orders cancelled after we have already packed your items. We appreciate your understanding.
