A rare and substantial 14-disc VCD compilation drawing from multiple Shaw Brothers series — including the Legendary Superstar Series and Kung Fu Superstar Series — featuring a diverse cross-section of classic Hong Kong cinema from the 1970s and 80s. All discs are digitally restored from original film prints and pressed in Singapore, now long out of print (OOP).
Unlike the single-actor sets, this compilation brings together Shaw Brothers films spanning multiple genres — wuxia, kung fu, period drama, and more — making it an ideal introduction to the breadth of the Shaw Brothers catalogue or a versatile addition to any serious Hong Kong cinema collection.
